Across from Fogo is Nates Seafood and Steak House. Great cajun and seafood, Funky atmosphere with stuff hanging from the ceiling and walls. Back ground music is delta blues and jazz.

No. Felt like downtown Fargo on a Friday night - every time. I'm sure the locals might trickle in if it isn't already packed with visiting fans, though.

I viewed it as a college reunion 1,000 miles from Fargo. It is what you make it and we had the opportunity to really turn it into something special having gone so many years in a row.

It is in downtown Dallas, but if you take the trip in to see the sites, eat at the Pecan Lodge. Probably the best BBQ I've ever had.

I also recommend taking in the George W Bush library on the SMU campus. No matter your views of President Bush, it is a fantastic museum with a lot of thought provoking displays.

Sugar Bacon Proper Kitchen in McKinney is an absolutely fantastic restaurant. We ate there last year for lunch based on a recommendation seen here on Bisonville.

Also, I would second a visit to any presidential library. I have not been to GW's library but all others have provided a lot of historical insight relative to the respective presidency.
