He's a great S&C coach. Learned from one of the best in the business at UND in coach Baukol and now gets to from another in Kramer.

I can't believe you referred to Baukol as "best in the business" and even mentioned his name in the same sentence as Kramer. I'm not sure why they even let you post on this forum. Maybe it's for comic relief.

Well, with all those Olympic Women Hockey players from Europe, Baukol also gets to claim to be a strength and conditioning coach for Olympians. I don't know if any of those Olympians won medals like Kramer's athletes did, but hey, Baukol trained Olympians too. So they're clearly on equal ground.

And yes, we find F'Hawkers pretty comical.

This newest fiasco of "brand identity" just flippin' cracks me up. Hello UND. Just because you and the NCAA say you needed to change monikers, does not mean folks agree with that. The only thing to heal this will be time, not wasting more taxpayer money.

He learned it before he ever went to und. Me and a couple other seniors taught him the Atomic sit up when he was a freshmen in highschool. I also taught the young man how to drive but I won't elaborate on that story.
