Inside the 40 yard line, he was 9 of 11 this year and 8 of 11 last season.

Plus he kicked the game winner vs Iowa. Besides, bad snaps and holds were the bigger issue this year. I think Cam is a good kicker.

Easton Stick needs to improve. Needs to read the field better. Needs to watch the clock and play clock better. Needs to not lock onto one receiver. Needs to trust his gut and not over think things. I can't help but think that the jet sweep has a bootleg option to it that Easton didn't call. Also the sdsu before halftime debacle you can see Klieman tell Easton you got to look at the clock it's right there and then he goes out and doesn't look at the clock and almost doesn't even get the next play off. Hopefully some of these young guys can push him a little in practice to get better. That is all. Looking forward to the spring game.

I've seen him close out some tight games well but seen him not get it done as well. He isn't the closer that his predecessors were

He has started 22 games in two years and the team has won 20. He has not been perfect, but it takes more than one player to close a game.

You are right. I don't want to put too much blame on any one guy and this is still an excellent group of ballers. I'm just a spoiled fan that wishes we were playing today in the Cheech and Chong Bowl. Imo the biggest single issue with this year's team was a slight overall drop in athleticism and poor pass coverage. I'm curious if the defense will continue its slide next year.

He also doesn't have the offensive line and defense that Brock Jensen had. You also have to remember he is only a sophomore.
