    Bison also show up at
    #9 - Northern Iowa
    #17 - Youngstown State
    #23 - Illinois State
With the FCS no longer just North Dakota State against the field, here is a countdown of the best conference games of the 2017 season
It's always NDSU against the field. If it wasn't, we wouldn't have 4 of the top 25 conference games and the #1 ooc game in the country.
Some say it's a backward place. Narrow minds on a narrow way, but I make it a point to say. That that's where I come from.

Is UND really #5? Not smack talking - are they going to be that level of good this year?
The white jerseys are the best. Don't even bother to argue.

You have to remember who they played (and didn't play) last year.
    Hail the BISON!!!

And we return 2 dominant defensive players who would have made a difference in last year's game. Betting that weighed heavily on the pre-season rankings.

JMU has the schedule set up to enter playoffs in #1 spot. Winnable FBS game next year and favorable conference schedule plus returning champs. Their's will be the #1 seed to lose during the regular season. Except of coarse for SHSU who will dominate their weak conference and demand respect from the seeding committee.

Their toughest road FCS game appears to be William & Mary

It doesn't matter. Ever since 2011, all opponents they've played in the playoffs that had a pulse kicked their ass. But they'll manage to get a top 4 seed because of wins, points, and yards

Their little big Sky dominance was cool until we found out how worthless that conference is
