Vermillion or el forko??

Game is in Vermillion. Have to think USD will be pretty jacked up after blowing their lead in El Forko last year. UND can't afford another slow start on offense like they had last season.

Izzo put out a pic of the early fall camp 2-deep. Conner, Messner, Volson, Kuhnert, Johnson across the OL; seems like that could change a ton with 11-12 guys competing for spots.

Not sure if it is because last season didn't end with a trophy in Frisco, but I'm more excited about this season than I was last year.

I always seem to feel more excited about whatever year is upcoming but I remember being pretty darn pumped for last year's opener also. Primetime game on ESPN, banner raising, Scottie tribute, new video boards, etc.

My vehicle taking hail damage in the tailgate line did put a damper on that though...
