There's a difference between two players going for the ball and not turning around, faceguarding, and not allowing the receiver to get to the ball.

Difference is one player looked for the ball, the other didn't.

Looking back at the ball doesn't mean you can lay all over the receiver though. Doesn't look like it matters at this point.
