NCAA must be sending out "reminders" on rules (falls in line with the ticket thing I ran into on Saturday)... I say NDSU just play the video intros what are they going to do cut off their moneymaker? 2010 I can see NDSU "obeying" because yes we were noobs then but also we weren't a #1 seed. They probably could have said well you did have the high bid but you didn't obey our rules (would they have done this probably not...). If they took #1 seed's homefield away for semis that would be a national news story like yesterday.

These are times when WDAY guys can use their fine tuned whining skills (sorry Dom and Jeff had to get that punch in there.. )

I think you are probably right. It's technically an NCAA event just being hosted in Fargo. The championship game does it because they do it for both teams. I wonder if they would allow them to show both teams' videos. I wonder if they will address other common home team traditions.
