Evidently Texas doesn’t have Bison fatigue. Walked into the locker room at the Dallas Stars’ practice facility to this permanently on the tv screen.

App state is $50 per ticket now it looks like- were they getting that 10 years ago in fcs?

It’s in the whole arena all night long. Guess they’re testing graphics in anticipation of another Bison trip? Wonder if that means NDSU has tentatively booked the Comerica Center (old Dr. Pepper arena) for the pep rally?

FBS college football attendance as a whole is at the lowest point since 1996. They must be tired of NDSU winning all the time as well.

As others have pointed out jumping to FBS isn’t going to magically solve what is becoming an attendance issue.

Well, if you look at USA Today's finance database they went from $2.3M-$2.4M in ticket revenue in 2010-2012 to $3.1M in 2018 (the last year they have reported ticket revenue numbers). Somehow though NDSU went from $3M in ticket revenue to $5.7M in the same timeframe despite staying in the FCS. The other interesting things from those numbers is at NDSU the "School funds" revenue went up a few hundred k in the 2012 to 2018 timeframe whereas at App St they went from about $500k to $10M. It's no mystery how they're paying for that FBS budget.

Shhh...this clearly doesn’t fit their FCS fatigue narrative.

(ticket revenue up in that report because of the shell game that simmers did by tying teammakers fees to tickets? )

theres a ton of tickets for sale, there are plenty of NDSU fans that just dont care anymore. some might not even care for Frisco. Its here and it's real. solving this problem is paramount
NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?

No, that's separate. That's tied to contributions which also went up from about $2M in 2011 to $6.7M in 2018. That $5.7M is purely ticket sales. IIRC around the 2010/2011 timeframe you could get an endzone season ticket for about $100. Now they're $240 (not including any mandatory donations).
