    Based on 2020 Census

    250,000 metro area
    319,664 50 mile radius
511,663 75 mile radius (or about an hour drive)
    674,948 100 mile radius

I throw in the radius because it's an easy drive most places and we're the largest city

100 miles is Fargo to Jamestown, Alexandria, Sisseton, and north of El Forko

I'll be there, that's all I care about. Playoff crowd of 10,000 is louder than a 17,000 crowd against pud state during the regular season.

With them only getting 25% of net ticket revenue selling 1000 more tickets for $40 each would be $10k (assuming those extra thousand tickets sold have minimal additional expenses attached to them). Is that worth it to them to dump money into marketing playoff tickets?
An Extra $10K would pay Entz’s playoff win bonus.

This will be our first game of the fall season and we'll be making noise. Since moving back to Fargo in 2015 we haven't missed a home playoff game yet.

That is very true. Anyone remember the first Robert Morris playoff game? That was loud as hell with only 10K on a Thanksgiving weekend. Plus all the promo shit is gone so the vibe is better. No lame sponsorship. And 10-12K is actually 10-12K because there are zero no shows.

Here's an idea to get the crowd into the game: mimic the pom pons that the Michigan fans had versus Ohio State this past weekend. I'm SURE that those were worth another 14 points for the Wolverines!

We did try that a few years back: http://www.bisonville.com/forum/show...ng-to-the-game

That was a stressful quarterfinal against Coastal Carolina which I think scarred most fans from wanting to do it again.

How can NDSU move to FBS if they don't use FBS-style pom pons? In the words of Lakes: "LET'S DO THIS!!! FBS OR BUST!!!"
