Their quarterback is terrible.....our quarterback is okay but very very underwhelming in the passing dept but great at running the ball.

USD has a good QB. It will be a good test for our defense.

I don't think you understand just how many fcs QB's are better than Liedner. Strevler is a better player now than if he had stayed at UofM. Gophers simply aren't producing D1 QB's right now...sorry

Not sure I would say it is "very" good. Strevler has hit some long pass plays this season and they have a couple receivers who are solid, but nothing to write home about. Their running game is Strevler. Bouma isn't much of a threat.

Take a look at the SDSU box score, especially the average per pass and average per carry. Had SDSU not made some dumb ass mistakes and Christon had not fumbled the ball in the end zone the game would have been a blowout. I have little doubt NDSU goes into Vermillion and the game is over by half. They still don't have the talent and depth to play at the top of the conference. They are getting better but it is going to take a year or two.

Now, if they played UND's BSC schedule.... But that's a different story all together.

For some reason a 7 point game in Brookings despite such lopsided statistics in one teams favor looks really familiar. Can't quite place it though.....

Their QB and scheme ate us up last year. I expect a tough game. We will have to limit mistakes and capitalize on our red zone appearances.
