Talent is only one part of the equation. Work ethic, focus, dedication and culture are more important imho. Not saying you can win without talent. The expectations from the community, fan base and former players creates a lot of pressure to be champions. Sometimes the pressure gets to be a little over whelming (like now...with some chatter in the media, frustration shown in the last post game press conference and on bisonville) but in the end it helps the team get to their potential. I cringe when I hear some on this board jump on the posters that expect more out of our staff. They should know what they are getting into at NDSU. Nobody hates our staff. Fans are like parents that have a smart kid and demand an A because they know they are better than a B+. We can celebrate at the end.
