The VNL story said that Conor Riley's role will be expanded to "run game coordinator". Anyone have any idea what this will entail?

According to this guy, posted a couple of hours ago, Tim is the new OL coach. Ha!

Which seems to be confirmed here with a Northern Illinois coach to come and coach RBs.

One of my concerns when coaches leave that are good recruiters is how hard will they target areas NDSU recruits. Many of our offers also had Wyoming offers. With Polasek, some developmental lineman (Haeg) and Wisconsin talent will be on someone else's radar too. I think the coaching change at Gophers will also impact MN recruits at least some. Either way, NDSU finds and ultimately develops talent better than most.

I still can't believe I'm the only one who had the day that douche-nozzle was hired as one of the 5 worst days for the Bison in the D1 era.

When you are calling 5 yard crossing patterns on 3rd and 10 you aren't even trying to get a first down. The defense, having multiple key starters out, held one of the best offenses in the nation to 17 points midway through the 4th. They played well enough to win that game.

I'm sorry but the play calling was atrocious.

I think Stick's passing ability limited what we could do too at the end of that game.

His passing ability wasn't much of an issue until after the Iowa game, which I believe he hurt his back and affected him for the rest of the season. Even more reason not be running the QB so much.

NDSU needs to continue producing more Wentz's and not Goff's. Stay away from the spread crap.
    Hail the BISON!!!
