Oh absolutely I do. He had a lack of understanding situational football and has the inability to adapt during the course of the game. He also systematically began to tear down the fundamentals of what made NDSU's offense so great. The entire offense was SOFT last year. I put the blame on him. 4 back rotation instead of allowing a guy to get into a groove. You might have thought he was great. Myself, along with a multitude of people, had the complete opposite viewpoint.

Did he have anything to do with our defense getting shredded in that game? You've again proven that your knowledge of the game of the football is probably limited to Madden. Wow.

Times sure have changed. Back in the old D2 days - Montana State hired away our head coach. Now we steal their Offensive Coordinator in a lateral move. Shows we are a very attractive job when we can get quality candidates like this.

Got the opportunity to watch the debacle that was Iowa State's offense under Messingham when he worked for Paul Rhodes. He was terrible, but so was Rhodes and the overall talent level on those teams. Couldn't run the ball, so he called quick passes to WR's and hoped that they could make a guy miss. They couldn't.

Breske was the worst defensive coordinator ever. He ruined the Tampa 2 and tried to reinvent the wheel. He sucked so bad his mom deserved to have been slapped. He quit because he was going to get fired.

I am a big fan of the power run game so I am a bit disappointed in coach Polasek leaving.

I am sure it doesn't matter who calls plays, they will always be second guessed at times.

This is pretty much my thoughts. Im not confident that we will get back to a primary power running game.
