    Default FCS Week 8

    Three Games to Watch:
The Citadel at Wofford 12:30 p.m. ESPN3- Major trap game for The Citadel coming off a huge win against Chattanooga. Wofford is 4-2 on the season and looking to get back to the FCS playoffs for the first time since 2012. A win here would be a major step toward that goal.

Sam Houston State at Nichols State 2:30 p.m. Altitude 2: 681-1 Nichols State has given two FBS teams very tough games, losing by a combined three points to Georgia and South Alabama. Meanwhile SHSU is still very much untested, this is the first team SHSU has played with a pulse, should be interesting to see if the Colonials give them any issues.

Youngstown State at South Dakota State 2 p.m. MidcoSN/ESPN3/ESPN Extra- Big game in the valley featuring SDSU's high powered offense against YSU rock solid defense on Hobo Day in Brookings. These are the last two undefeated teams left in the valley, with a win already against NDSU the Jacks could solidify their status as the MVFC title frontrunner.

Cadets haven't won in Spartanburg since my 5th Year and I am 40. Woffy may win but it is no trap. Motivation and want to will be no problem for The Citadel.

Bad news all around as Montana State is 2-5 without Prukop at QB,
heading into their home game against Eastern Washington.
2 wins are against Bryant and Western Oregon......yikes

Of course UNI would find their QB solution the week before we play them.

Jacks get away with massive obvious pick. They throw incomplete though. Don't know how ref doesn't see that.

UNI might beat them unless Farley goes back to a QB that can't pass.
