Polls are silly.
Polls are silly.
I agree, if someone has EWU #1 I see the argument. I put EWU #1 in my poll. But I just find it amazing that people have SHSU at #1. SHSU are a bunch of frauds for the reasons listed previous in the thread. I have SHSU #11. I wish Stats would publish every poll voters ballot so the media writers have to defend their garbage. Would love to have someone try to explain to me how SHSU has a better resume then EWU, NDSU, Citadel, Jax State, Richmond, JMU, etc.
Who really cares at this point where we are ranked. Personally, I think anywhere in top 10, sans 1-3 is about right from what I've seen of NDSU so far. We can beat any top 15 team or lose to one, so 4-10 seems about right to me.

Whatever. Win the next one.
Just matters at the end of the year and where we end up for playoff seeding. Crazy to look at our schedule and SHSU's schedule see how they compare. Our schedule has been ridiculously difficult compared to theirs.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie
