    Default FCS Week 7

    5 Games to Watch..
James Madison at UNH 11 a.m. NESN+: 628-1 / SNY: 639 / (CSNC: 665 / CSCA: 698)- Big game in the CAA, JMU is 5-1 with a only a loss to FBS North Carolina while UNH has rolled off three state conference wins. UNH has a very light schedule, a win here and they could run the table. Meanwhile for JMU this is the first of three ranked teams they will play over the next four games...starting that stretch off with a W is pivotal for the Dukes.

SUU at UND 1 p.m. MidcoSN- The Fighting Hawks are on a roll, winners of four straight games. As for SUU they are 3-2 and are in need of a win to get their playoff hopes back on track. This is a game that could make UND a conference title contender with a win.

Villanova at Richmond 2:30 p.m. SNY: 639 / CSMA: 642 - Another big CAA tilt at Nova this Saturday. Richmond keeps finding ways to win. Last week the Spiders took down a red hot Albany team in 3 overtimes, their third straight win by seven or fewer points. Meanwhile Nova is 5-1 but has yet to beat a team that is ranked the current FCS top 25. This match up should tell us a lot about just how good the Wildcats are in 2016.

South Dakota State at North Dakota State 2:30 p.m. NBC ND- The Jacks continue to light up the scoreboard, scoring 45 points at SIU last weekend. No team has held the Jackrabbits under 30 points in 2016. While the Jacks have lit up scoreboards their defense has proven to be very leaky, give up 30+ points in 3 games and 28 to non-scholarship Drake. Meanwhile the NDSU defense seems to be getting better each week, the Bison locked down MSU last Saturday and ISU as well two weeks. Now they'll have their toughest challenge since EWU.

Chattanooga at The Citadel 2 p.m. FSSE: 649 / FSNO+: 668-2 / FSSD: 694 / ESPN Extra: 793- This is the game of the week and could very well be the SoCon title game as well. Both teams are undefeated, both teams are in the top 10 of the FCS. The Citadel features an offense that is rushing for almost 390 yards per game but Chattanooga features a defense that is ranked third in fewest rushing yards allowed per game. It is the unstoppable force vs the immovable object, should be a tremendous football game in Charleston.

UNI is now 2-4 and would need to win out to have any shot at the playoffs. At 7-4, they'd get in with wins over NDSU, WIU and SDSU.
