    Totally agree. If the Dakota schools got funded at the same levels as most schools, we would have budgets of 30 million dollars. Seems like the further north you get, the wiser with money people get. Blows me away that schools like Misery State, Illinois State, etc get like 75% of their budget from tax payers.

    No one from UN_ has ever said how you are going to pay for COA, and that isn't included in this years budget deficit/fiasco. How can you say it's over when they haven't even started to cut? You have no idea there darell.
