I would've loved 40-50 for the championship this year instead of working in wet clothes when it's -18. I don't think I've ever been that cold before.
Where are you working where its -18 and your clothes are wet?

I dont know what it was about that weather down there. May be its that damp cold humidity that chilled me to the bone. Heck I even had long underwear on. Plus I hunt all the time during the winter.

It was one of those fun ND days. Had to do a C-section on a heifer outside after the game. She decided to be uncooperative so that means I got wet and had to sacrifice my jacket halfway thru. She survived and kicked me 2 days later on a recheck haha. Farmer could barely understand my instructions afterward I was shivering so much.

But the Bison won so on balance it was still a great day!

I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

I think its the week leading up to it, its always 60s 70s in Dallas so we get a taste of warm weather...then gameday it plummets and whatever we were teased with makes us cold again

As far as cold weather goes. I am actually not a fan of fall and spring. I would rather have it be 0 than 40. 40 sucks. You can't dress for 40. You put too much on, you sweat and get cold. You don't put enough on, you get cold. You just get cold. 0 degrees, there is no question about what to wear. My highest level long underwear, then a lot of loose layers, topped off with a gortex outer shell, a pair of high speed cold weather boots, and I have many pairs of nice warm choppers and lots of tuques.

The humidity plus no sun plus wind made it very cold the last two years down there.
The white jerseys are the best. Don't even bother to argue.

Last years arrival day(s) were pretty nice. I remember that Friday being in shorts and flip flops.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
