NDSU looks at possible football game at Target Field

A couple of secondary benefits from the Target field game:

All the great pictures for future marketing materials of NDSU fans filling a venue in downtown Minneapolis. So many great looking shots to remind a target market of the beauty of Bison football.

All the whiny bitching of gophers fans on social media about NDSU tearing up the twins field for supposed sub standard football. The tears are refreshing.

That field looked fine to me after the game was over and the players had exited. I bet by Monday/Tuesday there will be no evidence of a football game having been played there.

I heard about the “tearing up the field” complaints, which made me wonder if they knew that ball players use cleats too, or that this isn’t/wasn’t a complaint when baseball and football teams share a stadium. Also, it didn’t seem an issue to them when their local DIII schools played there two years ago.

You'll need a licensed psychiatrist to explain Gopher fans inadequacy issues, or any other fans who can't understand how their glorious heroes could ever lose to anything North Dakota State. It must really hurt losing to us. I do not feel pity for them.
