One of the sad facts of being from Fargo. In January it's so cold here that 50 actually feels tropical.

3 of the 5 years down there I don't think it hit 40 on GameDay. People in the tailgate lot last year looked colder in Frisco than they did in Fargo for the semi.
Some say it's a backward place. Narrow minds on a narrow way, but I make it a point to say. That that's where I come from.

I agree. I have never felt as cold as I have down there.

I was pissed at myself for not packing long underwear this past championship. I have been colder, but I could have been better prepared to be nice and toasty.

On a side note, the two times I have been the coldest were places you wouldn't imagine. The first was in the Middle East. The desert drops about 40 degrees at night and 70 degrees feels freaking cold after being 110+ all day. Right when the sun starts coming up feels the worse. The other was in Panama when it was raining so hard I couldn't lay down anywhere where I wasn't in a running stream one night when I was told to get a couple hours of rest.

Illinois State sucked. But it was tropical compared to Fargo. I don't think people dressed for the cold. Saw plenty of people in shorts and no jackets when it was in the upper 30s

I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

You need to get out(side) more
I would've loved 40-50 for the championship this year instead of working in wet clothes when it's -18. I don't think I've ever been that cold before.
