Default From a Hawkeye to the Bison

    All,

Just wanted to say how very impressed I was with your team. While I understand that Iowa (and most fan bases) has had it's share of trolls show up over here prior to the game, I think MOST rationale Iowa fans would express similar admiration.

The better team won Saturday. Nothing else to say other than I wish you all the best of luck the rest of the way and I'll be paying much more attention to (and rooting for) the Bison moving forward.

Thanks for this. Iowa has a strong program and the team is impressive. Maybe another Rose Bowl? Best of luck.

I've really been impressed with Iowa and the fanbase. A lot took the loss without excuse and owned it. I have become a fan of them as well.

I didnt meet any hawkeye fans who were rude or disrespectful. All were welcoming and respectful. Even after the game.

There was one guy though in the hotel parking lot who assured us that Ferentz wouldnt run the score up on us though. He was right.
I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

Iowa fans and program displayed class. Both teams played the kind of football I enjoy watching.

Thanks for keeping us on your schedule when some said a buyout was a better move. Please beat the Gophs and Michigan - and pretty much everyone else you play this year as would give our game more national respect.

Hopefully, this game will serve as the wake up call that this team needs. If they play to the strengths of the team, I think they have a shot at a decent season, maybe a B10 west title. If they don't adjust to the personnel and the skill sets of the players, we're in for a long season.

In any event, congrats again and good luck!

We had a fun time at the game, even if our tailgating lot at the high school was way too small.

Every person we encountered in Iowa was a class act, from fans to wait staff. Very much enjoyed the trip.
