The team looks tired and doesn't have a killer instinct. With the exception of a couple matches they seem to fall apart as the match goes past game two. She just stands there and stares at them time and time again and nothing seems to change. It used to be hard to get a ticket to the BBF during the early days of DI, now you can pretty much walk in a find a seat. The program is kind of a mess from the outside looking in. How about J Lo for head coach?

That really seems like a roadblock for the program.... so we have seven kids coming in next year and they are recruiting for the following year .... but not offering scholarships.... renew it and let her recruit or let her go and start in a new dorection

Interesting, wonder what direction they want to go. Any idea who could come in and lead .

Keeping her through her contract is all about the money ( we dont have money for buyouts) and telling her now is upfront and allows both parties to plan accordingly. We can't ride it to the bottom as we did with basketball, Volleyball is highly followed in FM area and success will be followed but it will also be pushed off if we are not winning. Heck Hinterstocker had some large crowds following it.

Well hopefully she finds another job soon so she can move on and we can move on and hire a new coach. That's probably the plan. Although it's too bad they couldn't keep the story in house.

Sounds like both sides have agreed to fulfill the contract. She's basically here one more year barring a miracle season she will be gone and we will have a new coaching staff next year. I'm sure they've known about it for awhile. Best to get it out there or the media will just keep at it.

And you've got to tell the players and especially the incoming recruits in a situation like this. And once you tell them, the news is going to get out in minutes. Being open is the only way to go. A buyout might have been better for everyone, but it's not worth the money in this fiscal climate.

I hope KT is able to get an assistants job at a major program. I suspect that's where her strengths lie.

Looks like our top assistant is leaving now. Couldn't be any worse situation for Volleyball
