    Default FCS Week 3

    Top 5 Games To Watch:
NDSU at Iowa 11 a.m. ESPN2- NDSU puts its FBS winning streak on the line, this will be NDSU's toughest test so far against the FBS. The Bison opened as 14.5 point dogs, the Bison defense will need to bounce back in a big way for the Bison to have a shot. NDSU needs to make this a low scoring game.
Coastal Carolina @ Jacksonville State noon OVC Digital Network- CCU has started their transition to the FBS but they are still playing completely an FCS slate of games so this will likely be their toughest opponent in 2016. JSU is fresh off a 21 point loss to LSU, they are definitely battle tested and will be looking to get some momentum going before OVC play begins.
Towson at Villanova 2:30 p.m. Comcast NE 630 and Comcast CA 698- The first big game in the CAA, both teams are in the AGS top 25 and both teams are coming off less then stellar performances last Saturday. Should be a fun game that could loom large when the playoff field is selected a few months from now.
Cal Poly at SDSU 6 p.m. Midco/ESPN3/ESPN Extra- Another great MVFC-Big Sky tilt will take place in Brookings with Cal Poly bringing their quirky option attack to Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium. Should be an interesting game, with two high powered offense this could be a track meet.
Northern Iowa at Eastern Washington 6 p.m.- This week's FCS game of the week is obviously huge for both teams, each has an FBS win and a loss to a top 10 FCS team. Both need to avoid the dreaded 1-2 start, especially UNI who is facing a tough MVFC grind. Should be interesting to see how UNI tries to defend EWU and how EWU handles back to back physical games.

Wow Stony Brook lights up Richmond 42-14.

Maybe UND is better than we thought?

Oh they are down 27-14 at the half. OK that sounds about right.

No watching their game against USD right now and no they are not that good. Watched ISU as well and they sucked it up less the last 5 mins...tired to make a game of it but still lost

I have to marvel at house the F Hawks passed the last 5 minutes of the first half down their leg.

I hate the freaking red field

LOL Bailey out spins a phantom tackle and then throws it once he is past the LOS. He must hate the turf as well....plays tricks on your eyes
