I didn't like that we couldn't count on a RB to get us 3 or 4 yards late in the game.

Terrible defensive game plan, rushing three and letting their passing game develop rhythm while we gassed our defense. Finally a blitz made a difference. Time management was bad, again, no need to spike the ball or use the last timeout when we did. Players won because they know how. They made the game winning plays. Offense was good, but I don't know why we drifted away from power when it was working. Big win still.

Question for those that are more knowledgeable. Is the chop block illegal? If it is, why don't they call it more often. Chuck South did it all game. Would just appreciate some consistency.

Should probably be 0-2... but a win is a win I guess I'll take it. But that secondary though....smh...

I'm not trying to be a Monday Morning Quarterback (or D-Coordinator in this instance) but everyone from casual fans to experts seemed to think the only way to shut down EWU was to put the QB under pressure. What was the point of dropping 8 when he was picking us apart like that anyway?

I think I'll feel better about this tomorrow. In fact, I can already see some positives.

2 weeks of goofy offenses don't help.

Nice win guys. Looks like we are setting up a pattern of crazy games each time we play. I hope we get another crack at the Bison come playoff time.

just an example of a coach out-thinking himself....

Entz said it was something they had never tried before and I hope to god they never try it again..

I'll echo that. Let's do it again in the playoffs...this time in Cheney.
