Montana at UNI 4 p.m. ESPN3/ESPN Extra- Massive game in Cedar Falls. The Griz are fresh off a lackluster performance against St Francis while UNI is riding high from taking down Iowa State. Key for the Griz will be limiting turnovers, last week they had four and in their final game last season against NDSU they had 4. You won't win at the UNI Dome if you turn the ball over.
YSU at West Virginia 1 p.m. RSPI 659-For some FCS vs FBS flavor the Pelini Brothers take their show on the raod to Morgantown, this WVU team isn't as potent at previous versions. This is a chance for the Pelini's to make their mark with YSU.
The Citadel vs Furman 5 p.m. ESPN3-Huge game in the SoCon, Furman looked great in a narrow loss at Michigan State, meanwhile The Citadel is predicted to be a SoCon title contender and likely FCS playoff team.
NAU at Western Illinois 3 p.m. ESPN3/ESPN Extra- Another big MVFC-Big Sky match up, WIU looked very impressive last weekend against EIU while NAU Struggled with Arizona State. NAU is team with high expectations this year, a tough MVFC road game will put that to the test.
Eastern Washington at NDSU 2:30 p.m. NBC ND/ESPN3/ESPN Extra- Obviously this is the game of the week. NDSU has been waiting years for another shot at EWU and here it is. Key of the game is both defenses...NDSU against Kupp and EWU against the run. Both teams will need to contain those threats to win.
