I'm ok with that. We spend plenty of money on higher education in the US. The answer isn't more money (they will never say they have enough), it's figuring out how to be more effective in actually educating people.

efficient education isn't even on the list.

hell education isn't in the top five objectives of public higher education.

You could literally pick somebody off the street and get a better candidate than Roscoe.

Roscoe resigned from the legislature because it took two hours every day and he wanted to spend more time with his family. Evidently he has gotten tried of the wife and kids or they have gotten tired of him.

Take 2 hours out of your day and see what happens

    http://www.bisonville.com/forum/show...ive-you-Roscoe

Background: The Legislature said to find out how schools use the space they have. Turned out every school but NDSU had way too much space.

Roscoe Streyle: I don't believe that NDSU has full classrooms
Bob Martinson: I have no faith in higher education
UND: Man, we're not going to get any more $100 million buildings unless we tear some old ones down (I believe they have torn down 13.)

Space Utilization study: Money well-spent to come up with those conclusions

I look forward to Roscoe serving on the SBoHE.

He'll great a ripped a new one, just like everyone who's served on it. It will almost certainly be the end of this political career.
