Annual 'complain about online ticket system' thread

Locked out on my browser. Was able to get through on my phone.

But...

1. Only 8 tickets MAX per account? What if I want to buy 2 tickets to each game?
2. Only 2 games are allowed to be put in your cart at once??

I was able to snag 2 to EWU and 2 to ISUr but by the time I completed that purchase, I was locked out of any other game.

The system is so ridiculously dumb.

They should allow 2 tickets per game.

I got sideline tickets to CSU! Now to figure out flights and stuff. My time is set by the microsoft sync server, and the tickets went on sale at 7:59:30 for me. I think that is why I got them so easily even though I'm in Mexico (further internet routing).

As of 8:04am when I tried to buy 2 more of any kind of ticket to CSU they were all sold out.

Got on right away, bang. Right to SDSU game for 2 ticket, bang....nothing! Tried like 40 times...unable to secure seats...tried every single fing home game..nothing...
not spending a penny on this team this season I guess...glad I bought Vikings v Packers tickets! F this sh*T

Agreed. I was online at 7:45am and refreshed the browser leading up to 8am so I was able to try and find tickets immediately when they became available and still nothing....same as last year...If there weren't so many other people who had the same experience I'd assume I was doing something wrong somehow....

Got my 4 for EWU endzone which were my first choice. No waiting room this year, so that's an improvement.

I updated my credit card earlier this morning. Sounds like it's a good thing I did.

Impossible for them to make everybody happy, the Fargodome is simply too frickin' small. I wonder how many sales they are losing.

Im guessing they set aside a certain number of tickets for walk up buyers? They must, because they wouldnt get a damn thing otherwise.
