    Default Dome Concessions

I don't recall a thread on the prospects of improving in this area, but if there is one, mods please delete this.

Having attending sporting events at many venues and being spoiled with places like Target Field, the FFD concessions are poor. Any ideas why they don't freshen things up with some new ideas? Having a few people walk around with some staples wouldn't be a bad idea either and could help with the lines in the concourse.

    Thoughts?

I figured since there was new turf, video, audio and lighting that people would need something else to bitch about

They have improved quite a bit through the years IMO. I don't mind the food so much, but they really need better beer. Well, beer to begin with at Bison games would be a start I guess. We have some awesome beer today in FM and the Fargodome would be a great place to showcase it. I'd imagine there are vendor agreements in place preventing that though.

Compared to the Premier Center in Sioux Falls, the Dome is doing fine. (Premier Center promised premium food when opened; what we got was a good menu, with horrible execution.) Compared to Target Field, not so much. Really depends on the comparison.

If there aren't premium options in the market, its hard to get premium options in the stadium.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow.
