Hmmmm this would suprise me with his running style. Long strider who I think takes a bit too long to get fully up to speed to crush a 40 like that. That's reeeeaaaaallly fast

This article mentions CW running a top speed of 23 mph which, to me, is super human. To put this in a some what better perspective, one need only to look at the world's fastest human, Usian Bolt, who recorded a top end speed of 27 mph.

Be that as it may it was well documented last year and published previously in the Fargo Forum. As you may have noted in the article he was timed, repeatedly and continuously throughout the season, using a GPS monitor device that he was wearing. Other Bison players also wear these devices and they are used for a broader purpose that just recording top speed.

If CW can do 23 mph with the gear on, it would be interesting to know what he could do without the gear...……..just for comparison sake.

Dudzik was a long strider and ran 4.35 at his second pro day.

6'3" vs 5'10" but you make a good point regardless

Christian Watson is REALLY FAST---I don't care how he strides---WATCH the games---he comes sprinting from long distances to sprint near ball carrier or block several times on long TD runs! I haven't seen a player CATCH him when he has an angle----watch jet sweeps----and on vertical routes just runs away from opponents.

I'm not going to guess a 40 time but his game speed is off the charts.
