What people here don’t understand, or don’t want to understand (accept?) because Watson is an NDSU guy, is that THAT play could (would) have changed the entire complexity of THAT professional football game. The NFL is a completely different cat than college. You get up by 7 with an over the top pass, and the tone is set.

The #Packers locker room is heated right now. HC Matt LaFleur is screaming at the top of his lungs and apparently, WR Sammy Watkins just threw a trashcan in a fit of rage. That trashcan nearly missed CB Jaire Alexander.

Things are not looking good for the reigning #MVP.

College is a very forgiving place. You can do a lot of mistakes and still get 2nd , 3rd, or many chances. In real world, its a different story. Many of us here in Bisonation were more worried that happy when Watson was selected by Packers. So Aaron Rodgers ruining his career should not be that surprising. One can only hope for the best. Hope that poor kid does not lose all his confidence and start 2nd guessing himself.

Give Watson some time. Devante Adams stunk early and he turned out OK. Somehow Rodgers learned to trust him.
