well from what I hear about his rental properties, he probably has a lot of experience.

The owner is not a great landlord to have so I hear. My only experience was with an addition to the turf. But based on that and stories that were told to me... This 30 day timeline just adds to the confirmation of his shadiness. Would avoid him at all costs when it comes to stuff like this.

I didn't realize Sabo owned the Turf. Doesn't surprise me I guess, but probably won't be going back there as long as he does.

He's owned it for quite awhile, he told me when I worked on the addition. Don't recall what year he said. This was back in early 2000s so have to imagine it's going on 20+ years minimum.
