The entire old building was demolished except for the front wall. As Sabo stated, they salvaged many items that were in the old building before it was demolished. But demolished it was.

Has anyone been there, and can anyone verify the Turf Burger has been saved?

I have. But I strictly get the drummies, tacos on dollar taco night or the chicken strip sandwich. All of which are exactly the same as far as I can tell. The patio is always packed in the evening and downstairs is actually more spacious as a result.

Soft-focus, cloying profile of slum lord Pete Sabo and his herculean effort to rebuild his bar despite the city making him try to do it better than his rental properties.

Pretty sure I saw a Bison Turf sweatshirt at the MOA this weekend. Could that be right?

Thought it was a straight up NDSU sweatshirt at first, but something didn't look quite right. Then looked closer and thought it said Bison Turf.

Went to the Turf last night. It’s nice that they still have some of the old stuff. Buy a beer and keep the mug. They still have the big mugs too but no glow in the dark ones, so I better quard my lucky mug at all costs. We had a burger and soup, fish sandwich and onion rings, beer and a coke. 30 bucks. It was good but I can’t imagine students eat there a lot. Just drink. The special was hot dish. Wish we would have sat on the roof

Tran is the best especially for stories on future developments in the area.
