I hope "Mulligan's" in Cedar Falls is owned by a decent person. The waitresses are awesome and never have issues dealing with my shenanigans.

Fargo's liquor license setup is a joke. Maybe it's changed since I was more aware of it in the early 2000's but the whole system was rigged. Limited number licenses available and the board members voted to add new licenses were all business owners who currently owned a liquor license Coincidentally they always shot down any newcomers wanting one. Pretty effective way at preventing competition.
