and of course it's going to be the worst weather possible for the entirety of the tournament. Ugh.

NDSU should win this. Only Omaha is a threat if their big boppers can get the bats going. They hit well against Leddy but I would not expect them to have that same success against Sertic in the tournament.

Sunshine and windy. Very little rain earlier in the week so the field should be fine.

Holy carp! That was a crazy game.

USD's pitcher had about 200 pitches... NDSU tied it up and had a runner on second after a base runner ran through the stop sign at 3rd and got thrown out home. USD intentionally walked one, unintentionally walked another, and then hit the next batter on a 3-0 count.

Insane game yesterday. The Coyotes clearly had a gameplay to swing for the fences each at bat. They were either striking out or hitting a bomb. Both Sertic and Leddy had a good number of Ks yet Sertic have up 4 fingers while Leddy gave up 2. Luckily for NDSU 5 of the 6 homers were solo shots and in the end only accounted for 8 runs. If you hit 6 homers in one game you would probably expect to get more than 8 runs. Despite USD bombing the ball you always knew that NDSU would answer. USD left their pitcher out to dry and you had to feel for her at the end of her 180 pitch day. No idea why they didn't go to the pen late in the game,
