Game time for Iowa game

No way it's on BTN. They don't want to play FCS schools. I'm convinced since we kicked the Gophers ass on BTN prime time, they feel it "damages their brand getting beat on natonal tv."

I could see it on another channel though. Other channels would rather put on a good game that people want to watch than protect someone's image or stack rank TV market sizes to make decisions.

Saw where 9/17 BTN primetime game will be Duke VS NW- and with OSU vs OK; OR @ NE and MSU vs ND i am guessing it will be an 11am or 2:30 game on BTN or ESPN2.

Don't think they can put a Notre Dame home game on BTN...NBC might not like that too much.

Fox Sports 1 just inked a deal with the Big Ten for 250 million. The Big 10 likes to put their bog ratings games on first and FCS teams don't typically draw well

It will draw well but BTN probably won't broadcast it with other options since they were the driving force behind not scheduling FCS teams. Hopefully they don't look at us the same way as other cupcake FCS teams

Gabe, I've never heard of a B1G game not on BTN or major network. They have alternate channels if I remember correctly so every game is on.

It will either be on the BIG Network or one of the ESPN stations.

Wasn't the ISU Red Iowa game on ESPN last year? Think it was an afternoon game. I know I watched some of it...
