not a good day today for the Bison. The Hawks got to both our pitchers early. They were tagging the bag all over the yard. Sertic was not sharp on her pitches and they were punishing her. Hitting wise things did not go so well either. They key play of the game was in the bottom of the 3rd when we had bases loaded with 1 out and a line drive to the 1st baseman was caught and then we were doubled up at 1st

Jesus we beat friggin #1 Alabama and lose to UND at home. In softball anyone can beat anyone but the normally amazing ladies deserve a face palm for this.

Indeed. Forgotten in our 2-1 win over Alabama was the fact that we lost 15-2 in game 1 vs them.

Havent lost to UND since 96. They are 1-6 in the Big fluffy. They could do no wrong and NDSU could not get going. The bases loaded line drive out and the clearly blown stolen base call at 2nd were huge momentum breakers. Left with sick feeling in my stomach just like a certain football game on Oct 17th 2015.

Rarely does NDSU pitching have soft day and hitting not on at the same time. That one hit according to the sports video was probably just inches from being caught.
They will recover, Sounds like they signed some great recruits in the late period yesterday.
