Great read on the history of WFAN in NYC, the sports radio pioneer. Most places that started sports radio struggled bit time, including WFAN. It seems like a no brainer now, but back then all sports station was a gamble.

Podcasts through the app do not work on my iPhone any longer either (phone off and on did not help me). However, it works via the web-based 'Safari' by going to www.bison1660.com. I am currently listening to a replay of Friday's show.
