Their Facebook post this morning gave the schedule for the show and mentioned that they WOULD be discussing the new "media rights guidelines"....so I guess we'll see how that goes soon enough....

I just hope they do it tastefully. Lots of room for them to kind of be dickish about it in the ways I earlier mentioned.


I'm rooting for this to succeed. I'm still unsure about how this isn't just going to be a garden variety sports station that just happens to have the Bison games.

Their site needs a lot of work. Besides being fairly ugly and clunky so many things simply don't work. Good thing they are a radio station and not strictly a digital media company. Woof.

Hopefully things will get straightened out for them and they can polish things up online but you would have hoped they had all of those things crossed off the list by the time they launched.

Well, it's already better than what KFGO/740 was putting out... so there is that.

I hope the say ndsu has decided it can no longer subsidize the welfare media with free content.

Thus, ndsu has decided it's in its best interest to sell exclusive content rights to the highest bidder and for a percentage of advertising proceeds.

This revenue steam will allow ndsu to pay for all those things the fans demand (ipf, cost of attendance, etc). We are sorry this decision impacts those not willing to place a competitive bid or share in your profits. But as noted ndsu must do what's best for ndsu it's athletes and fans....even if they refuse to or can't see it yet.

I'm talking about the website only. Yeah, people will tune into 740 because of the KFAN tie-in... not sure about the noon show though.

No there are 2 local shows.Keith Brake is the assistant program director and he is on from 4-6

The regular show is 11-4

I do think PA will be tough to compete with though
