Prior to the online seat selection, you will still have an opportunity to visit the new Scheels Center at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex so you can better determine your preferred seating area.

We have scheduled 2 open houses where you will have access to the arena:

Open House Dates
Sunday, September 25 1:00pm-6:00pm
Monday, September 26 6:00pm-9:00pm

Doubt they would restrict it to season ticket holders only.

I saw absolutely nothing in the notice about it not being open to the public.

I would be more concerned abut the online selections, there are so many bad things that could happen.

An example, Power outage, you are out of town, WORKING, NDSU Computer failures.

Just to name a few.

Your Seat Selection Time Has Been Mailed!

Basketball seat selection packets were mailed today and should arrive within the next few days. For security reasons, selection times and promo codes needed for online seat selections will not be emailed.

Your seat selection packet will include the following information:

SEAT SELECTION INFORMATION: Your SELECTION TIME and PROMO CODE needed for you to select your seats online can be found on this page along with instructions to assist you in your selection process.
ALTERNATIVE SEAT SELECTION METHODS: If you are unable to select your seats online, alternative selection methods can be found on the Seat Selection Information page included in your packet.
SEATING CHARTS and HOME SCHEDULES: A seating chart and home schedule is included for both men's and women's basketball.
SEATING PREFERENCE FORM: If you would like the ticket office to choose your seats for you, this form must be completed and returned to the ticket office prior to your selection time.
OPEN HOUSE INFORMATION: Two open houses have been scheduled prior to the start of the seat selection process to give you an opportunity to see the arena and assist you in making your seat selection.
Please watch your mailbox for your seat selection packet. ​If you do not receive your packet by September 23rd, please contact the ticket office at 701-231-6378.
