We had additional scholarships when we moved to FCS as well, although that was tempered by the additional women's scholarships in DI.

NDSU has always used the Effectively Accommodating Interests and Abilities test for the participation portion of title IX. Even back in the DII days.

Wasn't golf added (at least scholarships) and soccer probably didn't get full funding until FCS move up, since that only started in 1995. So depending on how the ratio sits currently there might possibly need another women's sport added. Not saying it would be 100% required perhaps, but just as a cushion or safeguard?

NDSU would currently need to add about 18 women's scholarships to bring the ratio closer. That's why they don't use the proportionality test for the participation prong of title IX. Adding another 22 for football would require about 18 more, so 36 total. That's at least 3 additional women's sports that would need to be added.

Bowling -5, tennis-8, rugby -12, so we'd still need another ~11. What else? Gymnastics, Lacrosse or field hockey? They allow 12.

I am so sick of the Bison already. Win this, win that, blah, blah, blah. I'd really, really like to know how they do it. I swear they have to be the luckiest sob's on the planet. Just sick of this bs, just fed up.
