A couple of bad plays there. Runner interference on a foul ball? Tough loss.

Well this year schedule has been harder compared to last year. Also they only lost 2 conference games last year so the losses might be to an end. Plus the pitcher we had last years was completely lights out. This battery of pitchers we have this year are coming around nicely and will do the job.

I'm not worried about the record so far this season. We've taken on a tough OOC schedule and based on our history I'm sure it's by design. We tend to take care of business during conference play and need that OOC schedule to prepare us for regionals. Our pitching is coming along. I really like what I'm seeing with Sertic so far she's the real deal. KK has the tools for sure (wicked off speed pitch really stands out ) now just some experience and consistency. Defense is tough and top to bottom I like our offense. We have the talent now we just need to gel.

It's been way way tougher. And our wins have been tougher too. These games will make us better late in the year when it really counts. And the losses have been close. 2 run losses to teams like Baylor are in a way confidence building losses.
