I am not assuming it was one of the two, and like most other posters I don't know who the person is. It could be that he, whoever it is, was expelled from another University.

I guess only Mr Burgundy knows since he brought it up.

I'd say privacy laws keep from getting really specific. If you really follow the flow of things there is probably enough info here to figure out who it is, but I haven't. It is good to know we won't take someone who comes with baggage.
