Good win this weekend against what is supposed to be a higher division team.

9-6 NDSU beats the U of Minn.

Two more in Moorhead this coming weekend. Short trip to route on the team.

No. 7 St. John’s (5-4) vs. No. 3 North Dakota State (9-1) – 8:15 p.m., Friday
With the schedule it plays, St. John’s will always be in the hunt for nationals. With a No. 7 ranking, they are looking pretty good this year, but, to be frank, they could use another quality win. They have a Top 5 win over Dayton, which is huge, and a Top 20 win over Indiana Tech, which is helpful. But that’s it. A win over the Bison would officially punch the ticket. That easier said than done, however, especially with NDSU legitimately eyeing a No. 2 seed if they continue to gobble up wins.

Be great if they could have this game in Dome right before Spring football game... Ohio State did that yesterday versus Michigan and over 100,000 were there for spring game. They were able to expose many people to game of lacrosse.

Yeah, the Buckeyes have been doing that for a few years now. Maryland did the same thing this year. Only downer is they for the most part play in cavernous empty football stadiums and the camera angles are WAY too high. But you're spot on about the exposure.

Apologies on the UND game. It was this past Sunday and the boys squeaked out a 26-1 win over the kawks.

UMLC (that's NDSU's lacrosse conference) playoffs start this Friday in Mahtomedi (Twin Cities northern suburb)

Should be some great lacrosse.....well......aside from the opening games for NDSU and St Thomas.
