What's Roger Thomas to? Maybe he will apply for the job. Oh wait, he is at the UND coaches retirement home at UMary. Funny how former UND coaches are at a small DII college in North Dakota and former NDSU coaches are coaching at DI schools and the NFL.

That is a good observation. You get a gold star today.

Kind of interesting: Doug Fulleron was interviewed a couple weeks ago and said his biggest regret was not convinve the Big Sky to grab NDSU when they had the chance.

I, for one, am thankful that he failed in this regard. Every away game for every sport would have been a Frisco 2.0 type trip.

It could have changed their whole orientation. They could have gotten all 4 Dakota schools and accomplished the two league one administration format he also discussed in the story.

yep, at that time it looked like they would be the only option and it was exciting knowing it could have eliminated Indy or GWC and got an auto-bid

but I look back now and am relieved I can easily drive to 3 road games over zero and all games are played at a decent time

At least he is honest about NDSU.

He's trying to get New Mexico State. Would be a great addition to the Big Sky. Hope the Summit is exploring the idea.
