I watched Moody play two games now (on TV). He impressed me with his athleticism and ability to create.

The end of the semi-final was horrible. Bad decisions galore.

Coaching was nonexistent. WTF? One of the worst strategies I've seen. Maybe ever.

As for the 7 footer, I'd love to see him use 5 years.

I don't think there's any intention whatsoever from the coaching staff or fans that he's going to come in and play as a true freshman. The hope is that he can start contributing as a RS soph. That might be reaching but we'll see how he develops.

He started playing basketball later than most kids and he is still learning the game. I thought he made great progress from his junior to senior year. I agree that he needs to redshirt but if he keeps developing like he has I think he will see some playing time as a RS frosh. A 7 footer who moves as well as he does is going to get some minutes just for the defensive inside presence. Lots for him to improve on but I see his ceiling a lot higher than I did a year ago at this time!

Excited about Jordan and what he can become. I think its safe to say he will be red-shirting next season though.

Lake Park - Audubon wins in sectional playoffs.
6' 9" Jesse Bergh with 25 points in the 52-50 victory over Norman County East/ Ulen-Hitterdahl

Bergh led all scorers with 25 points coming off a 50-point performance last weekend against Waubun.
He also announced that he has committed to play basketball at Minnesota State Moorhead next season.
