Welcome to NDSU, Tyree! Assuming he'll be a SG and he looks tough!

Nice looking shot, but might need to speed it up a bit.

Definitely a nice looking shot, finishes well and also looks like a good defender. Going to need to speed up his shot a little bit and he's also going to need to get quicker overall but nothing that a redshirt year can't take care of. Welcome to herd!

Welcome Tyree! That's fantastic size for a Summit League backcourt player. 6'6" at the start of his senior year means maybe he's got a couple more inches to grow still. I'd guess he'd be more of a AJ Jacobson type player where he can swing anywhere from the #2 to the #4 depending on the type of lineup they want to go with.

EDIT: Well, this article says he's 6'3": http://host.madison.com/wsj/sports/h...409cbd4f0.html. Maybe it's like "Fletch" and they're including the hair . Of course that article says he's a junior forward also. I'd have to assume that's inaccurate since he'd have to be a senior right now to be a 2017 recruit.

    Joe Hedstrom - 6' 9" - Hopkins HS (MN) - 2018 NDSU offer
Also picks up an offer from fellow Summit League member Denver.
New head coach Rodney Billups is actively recruiting Minnesota.
Billups played for Denver from 2002-2005 and is the younger brother of former NBA player Chauncey.
