The spring signing period is for current high school seniors. The next signing period is in November for those that are currently juniors.

A new offer is SDSU & Myles Hanson, 6' 5" from Chaska (2017 NDSU interest).
SDSU and it's new coaches (from Freddy Coleman thread) make this more interesting to me. Hanson still listed with a Northern Iowa offer......

PG McKinley Wright (2017) adds a Tim Miles & Nebraska offer to his recent Minnesota offer.

Nebraska HS Hoops is reporting North Dakota State is the latest to contact 2017 Billups Elite forwards Anthony Bratton (Westside) and David Wingett (Winnebago). Living in Sioux Falls, I've heard a lot about Wingett. Here's a clip of him from his high school championship tournament this year. He dunks. A lot. We could bring back Dunk Township with him and Deng.

Wingett must have had a good first weekend of summer hoops...SDSU offered yesterday and Colorado checked in on him. Assuming he can keep his academics in check, he'll have an offer from every Summit League school of consequence and probably a few offers from others.
