    The world is full of talent. Nothing on this Earth is more common than unfulfilled talent. Every college QB at every D1 school has natural talent.

    To mold them into superior players takes far more than something as basic as talent.

    He may also play a role in evaluating recruits and saw that Lance had the potential to be a great QB while the Gophers wanted him to play defense.
