Glad Coach Hedberg is getting recognition. He has paid his dues.

I think when Klieman hired Hedberg as a QB coach, wasn't it kind of unusual for an FCS program to be able to afford a QB only coach? With the recognition that our QB's have brought to the program, other than Jim Kramer, he is our best ROI assistant coach, I believe.

Randy makes the trip back to Parshall to re-dedicate the field named for him.

Yes 9man school parshall has field turf now.

Hedberg is the most experienced coach and now he is doing what he is best at. It's being the best at your best skill. It's a perfect fit

Agree with this. I played against Hedberg in his Minot State days so that makes him in that 67 to 68 year old range. NDSU is fortunate that he hasn't retired, but why would someone stop doing what he loves? Good for him and good for the Bison.

I think he is only enough now where I think he will stay in North Dakota and coach here as long as he wants. I guarantee he could have gone with Klieman.
