You are seriously better than these arguments you are making.
I would lose respect for a program that trash talked a former player. Just like I've lost respect for posters here who've done the same thing.

I really thought bunny fans were the only ones around here that care this much about women's basketball.

I think when a player goes to the media and makes accusations like that, they have to expect some sort of reaction. Until something comes out, I can't sit back and let the head coach get her reputation destroyed when she can't won't respond.

It's a statement of understanding and respecting a person's perspective on events that, as is evident from the 280 something comments here now, not everyone is going to interpret the same way. If she felt that way, and I think it's a reasonable take away from the published comments (but again other's clearly disagree), then I think anyone in her spot would be justified if they decided to speak publicly about what happened.
NDSU isnt going to get in to a he said she said pissing match in the media. I am sure WBB coach has let the AD know what transpired and why.

The only thing questionable IMO was the walk on scenario. Other than than bad situation with bad timing. Its unfortunate.

    Accusations like what?

That she felt pressure to play hurt?
That she felt pressure not to seek a second opinion?

Do you really think she didn't expect a reaction?

Again, you are only hearing one side of the story.

And to clarify, I have no dog in this fight. I'm concerned about what happened within the program, but I am also smart enough to realize that there is always more to the story. Now is it worse for Holly or worse for NDSU wbb? I don't know. But in the meantime, I refuse to throw either side under the bus. I suggest others do the same.

For many years I've cared greatly about WBB.
#1 I support the girls that play the game.
Coaches and admin. are a very distant second.
I don't give a damn about FB or MBB.
I've watched our once proud WBB program going down the toilet for the last 11-12 years.

I'm not sure who or what you think I've thrown under the bus.

I think all I've really said is that if she felt she was discouraged from seeking a second opinion she was right to say so.

If that's not how she felt, then I don't know what we're talking about. I could really give a shit.

Except for the part where a few jerks with internet muscles insult a young woman and her family.
